Fix bad habits
Improve relationships
For lots of men, "therapy" feels like a dirty word
But bottling things up just isn't working anymore, is it?
You're not weak or broken for seeking support. Strength isn’t about doing everything alone - it’s about taking action to face your challenges head-on.
Being on this page is proof of your strength that will make your life better. Well done!
Psychotherapy isn’t just venting.
It’s about finding the root cause of problems and getting tools to solve them, break patterns, and regain control.
No fluff, just results
Nope. This is about getting you the results you want. Judgment doesn't help that.
Instead, we'll replace judgements with curiosity to find out what's really going on and get real results.
... you're here because you're feeling stuck and you want things to change, right?
Well, you're in the right spot.
Emotions like anger, stress, depression, anxiety, or not-good-enoughness
Bad habits/addictions (alcohol, drugs, lying, porn, gambling, gaming, etc.)
Your relationship has just ended (or is hanging on by a thread) and you aren't sure how to move forward
Feel better: calm, peaceful, happy, content, fulfilled, and/or in control
Be a better husband/father/man
Repair relationships and get life back on track

Truthfully, this hit me like a truck.
Rage. Shame. Grief. A crushing fear that I’d never trust anyone again.
I had no idea what to do with any of it.
So, I did what most guys do. I numbed it.
Gaming.
Weed.
Porn.
Alcohol.
Anything to escape.

I needed real answers. A way to pull myself out of this mess for good.
So I searched - books, podcasts, therapy, anything that would help me get my shit together...
... and I kept coming up empty.
Nothing clicked. Nothing felt like a full solution.
On the brink of giving up, I looked in the one place I never wanted to go.
My own mind.
What I discovered changed everything.
I found the root causes in my emotions.
Better yet, I also accidentally found simple, step-by-step solutions that actually dealt with them!
For the first time, I understood what needed to be done.
And when I did it, everything changed.
The constant anger and worry faded. The bad habits disappeared. And I finally could show up like a real man in my relationships.
I finally felt clear, confident, and in control.
Even cooler? It didn’t just work for me.
I started sharing what I learned, and soon, I saw other men completely transform their lives too.
I became a Psychotherapist and realized just how much men everywhere are struggling in silence.
And I'm putting a stop to that.
Hell, what if it was even just 70% of the time?

Well, let me tell you what happens:
You gain emotional mastery and start to feel good about yourself.
Your bad habits disappear because you’re no longer needing them to cope.
Your relationships improve because when you give positive feelings to it, things get better.
With so much going good, you do good work, crush your goals, and your career soars.
People start to respect and look up to you.
Finally, you feel so good that you start to give back to others and find a deep meaning and purpose in life.

I teach my clients a step by step system to master their emotions
so they can fix bad habits and improve their relationships.
I am proud to say that I get fast and meaningful results.
We take action, and make shit happen.
As a result, I don't have much space for new clients - but if you're on this page, it means I have a spot open.

I needed real answers. A way to pull myself out of this mess for good.
So I searched - books, podcasts, therapy, anything that would help me get my shit together...
... and I got pieces of the puzzle here and there but nothing clicked.
Nothing felt like a real solution I could use.
What I discovered changed everything.
I found the root causes in my emotions.
Better yet, I also accidentally found simple, step-by-step solutions that actually dealt with them!

I became a Psychotherapist and realized just how much men everywhere are struggling in silence.
And I'm putting a stop to that.
At first, I wasn't going to share this... but you should only work with someone who has the results you want.
So here are the results of what I discovered and teach.
(This is my personal, raw emotion-tracking data from the day I'm writing this)
What I've learned as a psychotherapist is that most men (myself included) were never taught how to handle emotions.
So we do the next best thing - we numb, bottle up, and avoid.
We use bad habits to avoid the pain.
Then things build and build, until they explode, messing up our lives.
--
It's not your fault. But it is your responsibility.
What no one told you is that the way out is THROUGH the emotions you've been avoiding.
When you do this, the bad stuff goes away, and the good stuff comes forward.
This makes you feel good (just look at my data).
Hell, what if it was even just 70% of the time?

Online sessions are $150/hr and in-person sessions are $175/hr.
In most cases, yes. Many insurance plans cover psychotherapy services.
If you're unsure how insurance works, ask me in our consult and I’ll help you navigate this!
That depends on your goals and needs.
Many of my clients notice positive changes after just a few sessions. My goal is to give you tools you can use right away to start feeling calm and in control.
Every session you will leave with actionable steps and homework so you make progress 7 days a week!
Not at all!
Whether this is your first time or you’ve tried therapy before, I’ll meet you where you are and guide you through the process.
Not at all. We’ll work together at your pace, and you can decide how many sessions you’d like to book.
Some people find a few sessions are enough, while others prefer ongoing support.
Both, depending on your location and my availability!
I focus on actionable steps and proven tools to help you feel better fast, rather than just talking about problems. You’ll leave each session with something practical you can use in real life.
I specialize in helping people manage difficult emotions. This often takes the form of stress, anxiety, worry, overthinking, anger, and self-confidence / low self-esteem.
Short answer: DBT, MBCT, ACT, MCT, Narrative Therapy, SFBT, Existential Therapy
Long answer: (Jargon warning, nerds only!)
I integrate many therapeutic modalities with own experiences. I first seek the truth through experience, then I match and combine my findings with researched methodologies, rather than blindly following what other people say should work.
We've got to walk the walk, not just talk the talk.
The modalities I primarily follow are generally categorized as third-wave cognitive therapies: Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Metacognitive Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Existential Therapy.
I also generally am quite educational and philosophical, while heavily focused on action. Where applicable, I teach my 6-step system for managing tough emotions without medications, called Emotion Hacking.
That’s totally fine. We’ll go at your pace, and you’re always in control of what we talk about.
That’s completely normal! Many people feel unsure about what to say at first.
It’s my job to guide the conversation so we can uncover what’s really going on and how to address it.
That’s okay! Every therapist and approach is different and it's important you find the right fit.
My style is action-oriented and focused on real-world tools, so you’ll leave each session with practical steps you can use to feel better fast.
If that sounds like it might even MAYBE be a fit, book your consult today and let's find out!

I found myself feeling more relaxed and could feel thought patterns shifting even after the first day. Every time I practiced the emotion hacking cycle, I noticed benefits - whether it was relieving my anxiety, learning more about myself, or getting more used to being present.
During a time in my life that I would have previously thought would be devastating and not survivable, I was able to navigate my situation with calmness and a clear head and come out of it with so much positivity and so much gratitude.
This is now something I see using everyday and for the rest of my life.
Everything flowed together seamlessly. Jordan truly intertwined every piece to the puzzle, and I felt like every aspect of managing anxiety was addressed. I highly recommend spending the time to take this course.
